200,000 AT&T iPhone 4S in 12 Hrs

AT&T is reporting that they've received a record number of orders for a new iPhone model. In just the first 12 hours, they saw 200,000 iPhone preorders. Apple has run out of stock on all carriers. You can still preorder from Apple, and you'll get it in 1-2 weeks. Keep in mind, the iPhone 4S will be available in stores next week, October 14th. 

While people were expecting a new external design, it seems that updated internals, and new features in iOS were enough to make this the biggest iPhone launch to date.
