APPLE + INTEL = THUNDERBOLT™ TECHNOLOGY

Apple is the individual owner of a Trade Mark «Thunderbolt» (the high-speed data technology from Intel Corp.).
Apple has registered the trademark after having co-ordinated legal patent law with Intel. At the moment the rights on «Thunderbolt» are transferred from Apple to Intel.

THUNDERBOLT™ TECHNOLOGY

It means that the right to use the name «Thunderbolt» will be received also by other manufacturers who will want to use this technology in the devices.
Earlier, Intel informed that the exclusive right on technology use has been transferred to Apple for a period of one year. Thus, computers of other manufacturers with «Thunderbolt» will appear in the computer market not earlier of spring 2012.

Technology of «Thunderbolt» known earlier as «Light Peak», provides date transmission on a speed from 10 GBit/sec.

It's expected that in the near future in the computer market will be present: portable HD, mobile gadgets, monitors and other semiconductor devices with «Thunderbolt» supports.

Thanks to access to service iTunes TV (cost of a subscription from 50 to 90 dollars a month) buyers will be relieved of necessity to be connected to cable networks and will have an opportunity to write down the liked programs.
