Google Bought Zagat

The #1 source for restaurant and venue reviews has been the Zagat guide for some time now. Earlier today, Google purchased the popular food guide, presumably to create their own searchable database of restaurant reviews. With the Zagat Guide, combined with the user reviews for venues on Google, we could be looking at the best restaurant guide ever. Yelp, with their user based reviews, should be concerned.
