Apple Wins JD Power Award Again

For the sixth year running, Apple has won JD Power's top spot for customer satisfaction. It beat out the competition in nearly every category, finishing with a score of 838/1000. HTC took the #2 spot with 801. That's a score 3.7% lower than Apple. Close, but just not close enough.

JD Power gave the award to Apple after surveying 6,898 smartphone owners and 8,775 mobile phone owners during the first 6 months of this year. It only proves that once again, if you want to get tech you're going to love, go with Apple. You might just love it enough to start a blog... maybe.
