Use Option Key to Quickly Delete Apps

You learn something new every day. I went into Launchpad in Mac OS Lion to remove an App I installed through the Mac App Store (not Hype). Without thinking, I treated it like a Dashboard Widget, and held down the Option key. The applications started to wiggle!

So, now you know. You don't have to click and hold to be able to delete apps from the Launchpad, you just have to press the Option key.
