Apple has begun selling the iPhone 4S without a contract, unlocked for any GSM network in the world. The 16GB model starts at $649, and the 64GB model will sell for $849. If you want an iPhone 4S, but don't want it on AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, or you simply want one without the need for upgrading your contract, this is the way to go.
