Last Minute Christmas Ideas.......

Here are some great last minute DIY gift ideas.... and they are inexpensive too!

One of my favorite's for almost anyone - teachers, family members, friends, etc - is Hot/Cold Therapy Sacks. They whip up super easy and everyone appreciates them. Personalize them in a monogram, create them in all sizes, colors/patterns, and even create them using old sports t-shirts for the guys in your life!

Be "cool" with the girlies by gifting them arm warmers in a pattern they will love! Customize the length for toddlers to tweens! So easy to convert into leg warmers for babies too!

And to wrap things up there are a bunch of ebooks in the Brassy Apple Shop to craft up something unique, original and fun! You can create custom Shaggy Mosaic Jeans for the Holiday or any other season/occasion! These are great for boys, girls and women too!

New twist on an old favorite.....

I was very excited this week when I saw what Kris from SWAK had uploaded into the Brassy Apple Flickr Group!

She posted several photos of wheat therapy sacks she made from my tutorial for a teacher appreciation breakfast she did. What a great idea! and you'll never believe how many they made!!!!! I won't ruin the surprise. You'll have to pop on over to her blog to see. :)

She took it a step further for this Valentine's day and has created some super "sweet" gifts for her Mom and Mother in law. Check out these "love"ly therapy sacks.

Gift ideas

I think most everyone is being a bit more "frugal" with their gift buying this year. It's a great year to stretch the Holiday Budget and create something handcrafted!

Handmade for baby.....

I received a few gifts over the weekend that are a MUST share! and what makes them even sweeter is they are handmade! lots of love and talent went into these. We love creative and crafty women here on the Brassy Apple Blog! :)


Ok so on with the gushing. Could this "Friendly Sock Monster" be any cuter? And what a handy idea! You feed the dirty socks into his mouth, toss in the washer and you never lose sock mates! Genius! He was made and purchased from 52 Freckles on etsy.


I also received a binki holder made by 52 freckles as well. Just clip onto your diaper bag and the endless searching for the binki in the bag is over! It's always clean and easy to find!


And as if I couldn't get any cuter with diaper bag stuff, my sister dropped off a diaper clutch! love IT!


It's reversible and has ME written all over it. A travel case of wipes and a couple of diapers fit inside. When it's changing time and you're away from home, just grab the clutch instead of lugging the entire diaper bag. Thanks sis!


And lastly, ...................are you still with me? LOL!..........I recieved a handle baby from my cousin.
