Apple Releases iOS 5.0.1

Apple has released the iOS 5.0.1 update. This update brings a number of fixes, including a fix for the battery issue seen by some iPhone 4S users. The update also adds multitasking gestures to the original iPad, and resolves issues with documents stored in the cloud.

To download the update, just sync your iPhone and check for updates on the summary tab, or go into settings on your iOS device and update the software from there.
