The Nokia 5530 is an awesome phone. It really is.

I've had lots of other phones in the past, but I don't think I've ever been as happy with a phone as I've been with the Nokia 5530. It just fits me in every single way which I never thought it would.

As soon as I had bought the phone, I searched Google for applications I could install on it. Applications are nifty little tools one can install on their device for extra usability. But prior to doing so — I checked out the Nokia 5530 prices.

Unfortunately, I could not find any — hence writing this article and hoping for people to find it. In this article, I'm going to list my 5 absolute favorite applications.

The Roach Game: this game is hilarious. All you do is to basically squash cockroaches with your thumbs. It may sound boring — but it is truly awesome. Believe me.

Angry Birds: this game originally was created for the iPhone and is by far the most sold app with over 30 million purchases. I bet the guy behind this one is rich today.

However, this still is a great game. I truly recommend this one for anyone out there with a Nokia 5530.

Airport Touch: airplanes will be flying in to your airport, and you have to tell them where to land. Hard one, and really addicting.

Finger Football: I bet this one's pretty obvious. You play football with your thumbs — on your Nokia 5530.

Mad Bomber: there will be bombs all over the place. Your mission is to collect these and not let them blow up the whole neighbourhood.

Apple has accused HTC

American corporation Apple initiated the judicial claim against Taiwan company HTC which is accused of infringement of 20 mobile patents. The statement of claim is submitted to federal court of Delaware and in the Commission on international trade of the USA. Besides it, in the judicial claim such phones as appear: Google Nexus One, HTC Hero, Dream and G1.

The claim without conditions

The judicial claim is initiated by infringement of patents for the technologies connected with the user interface, initial architecture and a hardware stuffing of phones iPhone. Thus corporation Apple does not specify, which indemnification wants from HTC.

"We can sit and observe of how competitors steal our patented inventions or we can struggle with it. We have decided to struggle", — has declared Steve Jobs, chief executive Apple, — "We consider, that a competition it is good, but competitors should create own original technologies, instead of steal ours".

In turn the Taiwan manufacturer of smart phones has refused to recognise itself the infringer of patents Apple.
