May, 28th: the BEGINNING of world sales

On May, 28th the tablet iPad will appear in shops of nine countries outside of the USA, is informed in press release of Apple.

Sales will begin in Australia, the Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Canada, Switzerland and Japan. Inhabitants of these countries can issue the advanced order since May, 10th.

It was originally supposed, that outside of the USA, iPad will start to be on sale in the end of April. However because of a great demand for the device in the United States of America, Apple has postponed sales for a month.

Israel has allowed to import and use iPad

The authorities of Israel have cancelled an interdiction for import in the country of i-tablet computers Apple iPad. About it on April, 25th informs Reuters, referring to an official statement of the ministry of telecommunications of Israel.
