Metro station can name in honour of Apple

Near to an underground company Apple is going to open the shop and for this reason companies Apple are favourable investments into reconstruction. In exchange the company will get the driver's licence to all advertising areas of station. The metro station should open after repair next year.

Company Apple also will acquire the right to cooperation with the city transport authorities in a question of renaming of station. Quite probably, that the stop in underground even will receive a name "Apple" — if it will be possible to settle all formalities. However, representatives CTA while speak about prospect of such redesign extremely cautiously.

According to Noelle Gaffney, press-atashe CTA, plans to rename metro station and company Apple investment are not connected with each other. And here transport services of some American cities (in particular, New York, Boston and Philadelphia), informs Chicago Tribune, have seriously reflected on possibility to sell the right to renaming of stops to the commercial organisations. So, quite probably, CTA will surrender, and in Chicago there will be station "Apple".
