The authorities of Israel have cancelled an interdiction for import in the country of i-tablet computers Apple iPad. About it on April, 25th informs Reuters, referring to an official statement of the ministry of telecommunications of Israel.
About an interdiction of import to Israel of iPad, it became known on April, 15th after from several citizens have confiscated iPads. Officials have proved confiscation by incompatibility of the device with the European standard of wireless networks Wi-Fi which is used in Israel.
The changeable decision
However, officials have come to conclusion — "iPad can work safely and correctly in the Israeli wireless networks..." The ministry promised to return 20 iPads confiscated at the airport.
The agiotage beginning of sales
The first models of iPad have gone on sale in the USA on April, 3rd. The beginning of world sales will begin in the end of May.
