Canon PIXMA E500 prints 2000 pages from single cartridge

INDIA: Canon announced the launch of their new PIXMA E500 printer in India. Canon PIXMA E500 is an affordable multi-function printer which uses affordable ink and is styled in a nice, gloss black finish. E500 is suitable for home and small office users who have large printing volume and desire a printer with low running cost per page with high quality printing.

The printers include new features to enhance the overall customer experience. E500 comes with new high-capacity FINE11 Cartridge System (PG-88 Pigment Black / CL-98 Tri-color) and print speed of ESET: 5.0ipm (color) and ESET: 8.6ipm (B/W). With increase in red region saturation and high capacity black ink cartridge the printer delivers brilliant output. Some of the other features of E500 are PC-less photo enhancement via the Auto Photo Fix II, filter effects and D.C.G. processing technology with which E500 delivers top quality photo prints.

The E500 printer's innovative fold-up paper tray provides a compact printing solution for home users with limited workspace or students with small dorm rooms. Also, users can easily replace cartridges from the front cover.
