What do you wear in the kitchen?

I've always liked to think of aprons as an extension of who YOU are and what your sense of style is.

Yes they are meant to keep you clean while cooking but they don't have to take away your fashion sense! Let them compliment your outfit and/or personality. Let them bring you compliments when someone catches you wearing one while baking up something yummy. Let it be something you want to answer the door in when the bells rings instead of ripping it off because you are embarrassed someone will see you. (*snicker*)

Clearing out!.....SALE time

Ack.....Monday Mayhem....sale time!

OH hello my faithful Monday Mayhem shoppers! I didn't "forget" about you.......I just didn't get it all set up like I usually do. I feel like we have been packing for weeks and then moved out this weekend and tried to unpack/settle in enough in a day and half to get back to real life and school today.! Whew!!! Feeling happy....

We have had a wonderful week of beautiful warm weather here - FINALLY! I even got some sun and "color" on my winter skin. :) It's amazing what a little sunshine and warmth can do for someone's attitude and outlook.

I revamped my blog playlist to be a shuffled mix of what I like to call "Happy Sunshine-y" summer songs. It makes me feel happy. :) If you have a suggestion of a happy song you like - let me know! Leave me a comment. I would love to add more songs to the playlist.

Spring and Summer always bring out the COLORS too don't they? Not only do the flowers and trees start bursting with colors but fashion/wardrobe seem to follow as well. I've been combining some really fun colorful patterns and sewing up aprons this last week. More to come to my shop next week!

Friday Ramblings......

A little update from my studio today.........I've been busily working on my new website. By "working" I mean it is done and now I need to add all the product and put the finishing touches on! YEAH!!!!! I'm working as quickly as I can! Believe me!

I did a photoshoot last night of two aprons have still have 2 or 3 left to shoot, edit and get onto the site! I can't wait to debut them!


In other news, I am excited to announce that I am now a contributor on Blissfully Domestic! You can find a wealth of fun and info on their site and you'll be seeing a couple of articles by little ol' me each month!





Let's see.........baby news? My ever growing belly seems to be steadily growing straight out! LOL! Looks like a "boy belly" to me but we'll find out in 6-8 weeks when it will all be over! I'm getting really excited!

I am helping to host a bridal shower tonight that I am excited about too! Hopefully I'll have some fun photos to share with you! and maybe an idea or two!
