The LUX is back too - full on ruffles and bunchy-ness combined together!
Lots of shimmer and one of my new favorites is the Blue Sweater Bunchy. Very soft sweater type material in a scarf! Love, love LOVE!
Quantities are limited and will flux throughout the weekend. I've been having a hard time getting the fabrics I need, so if you see one you like - snatch it up now! It might not ever be available again this season.
and if jewelry is your thing - I had the opportunity to meet Sarah of Sarah Briggs Jewelry. She is one talented lady and has had much success in her run as an artist. Her designs have been featured in many magazines and worn by many super stars including Oprah, Paris Hilton, Rhianna and more.
She's got an amazing business story and I can't wait to see where she goes next!

After many requests for more scarves, I am adding some fun colors for Spring! 1 thing I love about the Bunchy Scarves is they are great for year round wear! Not sure if I will restock again until the fall so think ahead for Mother's Day, birthday gifts, etc.
There are bunchies, double bunchies and even a few double EXTRA bunchies! PLUS some of the flower brooches are on SALE!!!
It's been about a year since the Bunchy Scarf debuted and was wildly popular and in demand. In response to that, I released the pattern booklet in printed format so many of you could sew up your own. Now, I am offering all the same goodness wrapped up in ePattern format sent directly to your inbox!

I am changing up the format of the Brassy Apple Shop just a bit - switching from offering ready made products and taking that extra time to produce more patterns! I won't be offering new aprons, etc every month but will focus on my printed patterns, ePatterns and DIY kits.
I usually offer scarves in the Shop during the Fall and Winter months and wondered if there was enough interest to do that again this year? so here's where I need YOU to weigh in:

Ruffles have been hot since last year and we helped you ruffle yourself this fall and winter with our Brassy Bunchy Scarves (and our pattern HERE!). Well....... now we are helping you wear them in a more subtle, but still hot and trendy way with our fabric flowers!
After a few requests for you to buy them from us, we decided to offer them for a limited time (snag yours for Easter!). We have a couple of different styles and colors. We love wearing them and of course we can't create anything without it being versatile!!! You can wear these in your hair, clustered together, on a headband, clip on your jacket or purse and even on a choker!
The style of the flowers lay more flat, which I LOVE. Different than other traditional "hair flowers" that tend to extend high or far away when worn on the head, etc.

If you follow my blog or frequent my shop than you know that my scarves are only available for a short season. Well...... that season is coming to a close so we are clearing out what we have left! So now that all the "business" stuff is out of the way, here's a bit of behind the scenes or the rest of the story.............(read on if you are interested)
When I first debuted our Bunchy Scarves back in September, I loved them, but didn't realize how much all of you would. And I thank you for that.
Our shop was overwhelmed with requests for more quantities and more colors and the biggest question of all - "Will you be releasing a pattern?"......hmmmm............The initial thought was no, then yes, but wait............why not? I took some time to consider the pros and cons and if I did, how to make the pattern the best it could be. Then the other comments started rolling in like, "If you aren't going to release a pattern I will just copy what you have done and figure it out myself."......hmmmmm..........not really what any designer wants to hear. But alas, the pattern was already in the works.
The demand for scarves was so huge I thought it would be best to share the pattern (to ease the demand) and allow you to be creative and enjoy crafting them up as much as we here have enjoyed sharing our designs with you.
The Bunchy Scarf design is a labor of love. I hope you enjoy the pattern booklet. I have truly enjoyed reading your experiences wearing them, gifting them and receiving them that have been emailed to me - thank you.......xoxo Meg
edited to add: We have been a getting a few of the same questions over and over so we wanted to address them here. :)
1. "Will you be offering this pattern in a PDF downloadable version?" answer: As of right now we will only be offering the printed version. We will keep it in mind though!
2. "What is the sewing level for this pattern?" answer: Great Question!!! We love projects and patterns that are easy to sew up so we try to produce patterns and tutorials in that same manner. Our estimation for sewing level would be advanced beginner - intermediate+. We chose that level because everyones idea of beginner, intermediate, etc is different. We hope that is helpful.
As the year winds down so does Monday Mayhem. Only one more to go! We are also clearing out all of our merchandise and working on our new designs, DIY kits and patterns to debut throughout 2010! We are excited to present our new design ideas to you!
Today you will find some of our Brassy Bunchy Scarves have been restocked, some are on sale too and also our remaining aprons have been even further discounted.
We will also do our best to get all purchases made tomorrow in the mail before our shipment goes out for the day. The best shipping option, if you are hoping for your items to arrive before Christmas, is at least priority.

I have just tried to place a very large order for more Brassy Bunchy Scarf material but the WAREHOUSE is OUT!!!!
So on the downside, I will only be able to create more scarves with what I have on hand. The UPSIDE is I still have some fabric on hand. :)
Back to the downside - I will be limited to the amount of Brassy Bunchy Scarves I can create and make available. I have had several emails asking about certain colors/styles and I was hoping to be able to "fulfill" all those requests BUT.......that may not be possible now.
The warehouse couldn't tell me if/when they would be getting more fabric and/or certain colors. *sigh*
So for now, until I hear differently, seriously what you see in my shop(especially on mondays when I restock and have new inventory available) that WILL BE what you can GET.
I will keep you posted if I am able to get more fabric. I was hoping to do another round of pre-orders (I know several of you would like to order some as gifts) plus debut a few new styles (some really fun one in the works!) BUT they may have to wait until the next Fall season..........

I had no idea the response I would get to my new products this fall, but I am grateful to say the least. :)
I have been sewing like mad getting all the orders filled and trying to keep the SHOP stocked. I have had several ask if there will be more Brassy Bunchy Scarves and the answer is YES!!!!
