iPhone Customer Loyalty Surpasses Competitors

According to Market research firm GfK, no other smartphone operating system commands the loyalty of iOS. This came from a survey of 4,500 people from all around the world. According to the study, 84% of current iPhone owners say that their next phone will be an iPhone. Only 60% of Android owners want an Android phone, and just 48% of Blackberry owners wish to continue with Blackberry.
