iPhone 4S Has 96% Satisfaction Rate

The 'S' is for "Satisfied"
The iPhone 4S wasn't just the most popular iPhone ever, it also has the highest customer satisfaction level out of any iPhone. With 96% of iPhone 4S users satisfied with their iPhone 4S, it beats out the iPhone 4 by 3%.

Not only that, but a higher percentage of users said they were "very satisfied". The improved camera, data speeds, and processing speed of the iPhone 4S are probably the cause. I'm sure Siri also won over the hearts of many iPhone users. Also, the iPhone 4S has half the reported dropped calls of the iPhone 4, thanks to the new advanced antenna in the iPhone 4S. Only 2.5% of users reported a dropped call. With the iPhone improving by so much with each generation, it's only expected that iPhone users would like the newest model more than the last generation. 

Apple has the highest customer satisfaction in tech. With each device and OS being better than the last, and the best customer support around, it's no wonder why. Apple customer satisfaction blows Android manufacturers out of the water, just as it has with PC manufacturers.
