Houston Apple Store to Open March 16th

The newest Apple Store set to open in Houston Texas will be up and running on March 16th. Normally I don't report on every little Apple store opening, so what's the big deal with this one?

It's because it coincides with a likely date for the release of the next iPad. Apple often makes products available on a Friday. March 9th is a possible date for the iPad release, but it's likely that Apple will wait until the 16th to actually release the iPad 3.

The fact that Apple set this store to open up on a Friday close to the iPad 3 reveal does hint at the fact that it may be the release date for the iPad 3. It's all speculation until next Wednesday though.
