Mac Users Are Satisfied Customers

Many studies have shown this in the past, however it's always good to see another one. A study done by the Temkin Group showed that Mac owners were more satisfied with their purchase, support, and the buying process when compared to other computer manufacturers.
The gap is actually a lot closer than I expected, but Apple still leads in every question proposed to study participants.
