YouTube is testing a new interface they're calling Cosmic Panda. It's a cleaner interface, with a dark background to make the video you're watching pop out more. You can try it now, and switch back to the old format if you don't like it. After playing around with it for a few minutes, I liked it more than the old format. So head over to YouTube to try it out.
