Apple May Be Holding iPod Event on September 7th

Apple is expected to hold their annual media event this September 7th. It's expected to be based on the new iPods, but the iPhone 5 and iOS 5 could be discussed as well.
However, the various rumor sites are disagreeing about the date of the event. Apple hasn't officially announced the event yet, as they normally do so within 2 weeks in advance, not 3 or 4. This originated with a reliable source, however, other reliable sources have disagreed, saying that the date for the event hasn't been decided yet.

Oh, if only we could just get a reliable source that knows for certain what they're talking about... just once? Apple is expected to hold the media event this September, but no one has agreed on a date just yet. As usual, we'll have to wait for Apple to have the final say on this rumor.
