AirParrot is a new application that does just that. It's incredibly easy to use, and even on full quality has very few issues streaming video. Even full screen streaming content shows up well on the big screen.
The application is $10, and available on their website. It's incredibly convenient, and works quite well (otherwise I wouldn't be posting about it). If you've been looking to mirror your Mac display on your Apple TV, definitely check it out.
