Check if You're Eligible for an iPhone Upgrade

To check your eligibility on AT&T, just go into the phone, and dial *639# and press call. A message will pop up, and shortly, you'll receive a message from AT&T about your upgrade eligibility.

Verizon
The different, but still easy process for Verizon is to log onto your account (which you can do here). You'll see your eligibility status for each device you own.

Sprint
Sprint finally is getting both the iPhone 4S and the iPhone 4! And, if you're interested in the most popular smartphone ever, you're going to want to check whether or not you can get an upgrade. The process is just like Verizon's you log onto your account, which can be found here.
