Apple #1 in Customer Satisfaction

Another day, another study putting Apple at the top for customer satisfaction. This one comes from the American Customer Satisfaction Index, and it's the 8th year in a row they've received the top spot.

Apple scored an 87 out of 100, the closest competitor scored 9 points less. For you students, that's an entire letter grade. The difference between having a fun weekend, and being grounded. Apple improved by one point since last year.
