How do you get your tablet banned in a country? Copy from the competition as much as possible. Apple filed suit against Samsung for their Galaxy line of phones and tablets, and they've won. As you can see from the photo above, they're strikingly similar, and Apple's products were on the market well before Samsung's. They're so similar, in fact, that the German court found that the Galaxy Tab clearly infringed on Apple's design, and banned it for this reason. The phones will be next on the chopping block. Judge Johanna Brueckner-Hoffman said in the verdict, "The court is of the opinion that Apple's minimalistic design isn't the only technical solution to make a tablet computer, other designs are possible".
In other words, Samsung, find a design of your own. Innovate a little, rather than copying another design in the hope it's close enough to the original to sell well.
